The double room was airy, incredibly large bed. Genuinely professional and extremely helpful employees helped us a lot. Everything was great, including savoury and satisfactory breakfasts with croissants, jams and cake. The daily service was OUTSTANDING. We could park onsite. No reason to complain, loved our stay.

The breakfast is savoury with croissants, and the service is brilliant. The rooms are a nice size and functional, equipped with a balcony and WiFi.

Balcony views weren't as advertised, and some amenities like the make-up mirror were broken. Taking into account a hard bed and lumpy pillows, a comfy night's sleep remains elusive. Bright side, access to a decent supermarket nearby.

The room didn't have enough space to work comfortably-how does that happen? Honestly, i thought i was woudl ve treated with some sort of welcome gift for enduring those inconveniences, but clearly, that's too much to ask here.

We loved exploring the nearby promenade of Reggio Calabria, with its fine views and lively atmosphere. The kids had a blast at the beaches, and we appreciated the clean, spacious rooms, with a comfortable stay for our family.
My wife says that an even better play area for kids would enhance our experience.
